Thus during a seizure, the neurons send mixed up information to our body, so the body does things that you dont want it to. Anything the brain or body can do it can do due to seizure. Usually the neurons send signals around 80 times a second. During seizure, neurons may fire as many as 500 times a second. Signs and Symptoms of Seizure: The symptoms of a seizure depend upon the area of the brain affected. Dont stop antiepileptic drugs when you are taking other medications for other diseases. If you vomit within an hour after taking anti-epileptic drug, take an extra dose of same medication after some time. If you forget to take a dose of drug taken an extra tablet within same 24hours period. Dont drink alcohol when you are under anti epileptic drug treatment. Mothers having seizure can safely breast feed their babies while taking anti-epileptic drugs, if any problem arises, they should consult their treating doctor. Some anti-epileptic drug have a side effect of causing gingivitis in mouth, so you should keep the mouth clean and tidy. 2) Instruction regarding Employment and Driving. If you are well and completely controlled without any disabilities from seizure, then you can work in any job which is not disturbing. The jobs not recommended for a persons with seizure are defence services, working with unguarded machinery, fire services, Railway engine driver. Persons whose fits are not controlled should not drive any vehicle. Persons with seizure should wear helmet and seat belt while travelling. Persons with seizure should wear Medical alert Tag which should contain your name, age, diagnosis, address and phone number of nearest relative. 3) Instruction regarding Marriage and Pregnancy. Persons with seizure can marry, if seizure is in good control. The spouse of the person should be aware of the situation. Poor controlled seizure patients cant marry, as it will cause problems. The anti-epileptic drugs must be continued in the same dosage during entire pregnancy. Treatment with one drug is preferred during pregnancy. Antenatal Mothers on seizure treatment should attend regular antenatal visits. 4) Instruction regarding recreational activities If you are in good seizure control, you can participate in non strenuous activities. Avoid athletic activities like fast running jumping etc. Swimming can do under supervision. Remember to carry sufficient medicine while travelling and take them at scheduled time. Flying in aeroplane is also safe ,but you should inform to the staffs in advance. While watching T.V and working in computer Sit or stand as far from screen as possible. Do not watch T.V if you are tired or need sleep. Watch T.V in a well lighted room. Avoid excessive play and work in computer, it will weakened the brain function. If you continues to have any discomfort (tingling, numbness, stiffness etc..) see a doctor immediately. Instruction regarding relaxation techniques to reduce stress Relaxation allows the body to heal from within. Sit in a comfortable position: Place your hands in a resting state on your lap Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Relieve the breath slowly. Do this for 10 to 30 mintues in a day. Instruction regarding dietary pattern Drink plenty of water. Flesh foods like chicken and mutton are good. Rice, Nuts, Eggs, can also eat. Diet should not ignored in any circumstances. Loosen tight clothing. Turn the head or whole body to the side to drain saliva from mouth. Nothing to be inserted between the mouth during seizure. Do not attempt to give CPR during seizure. If the person turns blue or stop breathing CPR can be performed after seizure. If the seizure continues for more than 5 minutes or if not responding, seek medical help. Stay near to the patient and speak kindly. Instruction regarding care of patient after seizure Treat if there is any injury. Record all details like When seizure started How long it lasted. What body parts were affected Any specific symptoms like confusion, head ache, fever, vomiting. How the person behave before and after the seizure. Allow the patient for a sound sleep. Do not offer anything (food or water) until the patient is fully alert and awake. Do not disturb while the patient is sleeping. After waking, check whether the patient is oriented or not. à à à à à Economists use the term utility to represent a measure of the satisfaction or happiness that individuals get from the consumption of goods and services. Because a higher income allows one to consume more goods and services, we say that utility increases with income. But does greater income and consumption really translate into greater happiness? In this paper, I will be showing how greater income and consumption does not really translate into greater happiness and how marginal utility is diminishing as income gets higher. However, consumption effect tells us that more consumption of good and services will increase happiness. At least to a degree, we see that money can buy happiness. But what, if anything, does research on consumer satisfaction tell us about the relationship between happiness and the concepts of utility and marginal utility? Based on the research, I found that money does not increase the happiness because as income increases the one's behavior of p references or satisfaction changes and will result in diminishing marginal utility. à à à à à Sociologist and psychologist would say based on the definition of marginal utility, when additional satisfaction obtained from consuming one additional unit of a good, the oneà ¡Ã ¯s happiness will increase as their income rises. And because of consumption effect, people are happier when they consume more goods and services. Studies by psychologists and socialists show that, both within a country and across nations, the happiness level of people increases with the income level, but only slightly. For example, using regional and cultural classifications, the Northern European countries with high incomes score top on happiness, followed by the group of English- speaking US, UK, Australia, and Ireland. Central and South American countries including Brazil come next, followed by the Middle East, the Central European, Southern and Eastern European, the Indian Sub-continent, and Africa which does not, however, come last. Southern and Western Europeans score significan tly lower than Africa. And the last group is East Asia, including the country that leads in income, Japan. Singapore has an income level 82.4 times that of India. Even in terms of purchasing power parity instead of using exchange rate, Singapore is still 16.4 times higher than India in income. However, the happiness scores of both countries are exactly the same, both significantly higher than that of Japan. This is due mainly to the inter group difference between the high-income and high-happiness within either of these two groups.

Each of these groups come from countries undergoing a great deal of turmoil (Africa being subjugated under colonialism, China under imperial rule, and central america undergoing a terror in the form drug cartels undermining the government and the government repressing the citizenry as a result). The Civil war after effects; set the scene for what would become a long road of discovery, hardship, violence, and freedom however, during this process of transition the American people went through emotional as well economical changes which added additional stress to an already stressed nation where many groups became fearful and were subjected to racism which crossed over the boundary of liberty and Justice for all. Equality had become an endangered liberty guaranteed by a country build upon democracy, regrettably the African American people were not the only ones to suffer many vast groups faced hard days in America at the turn of the century several violent attacks were specifically carried out on the African American men and women even though, the civil war brought a lot of changes it produced little or no results for African American men; however, it did bring harsher persecution all over the country, whereas mass numbers of black men were lynched in the lower southern states in a show of defiance. ââ¬Å"The Emancipation Actâ⬠did nothing for the white man but still provided less for the African black man who were still unable to vote in addition to having descent jobs with adequate pay many were forced back to the farm as sharecropperââ¬â¢s despite the set backs they percervered through the racial remarks and slanders. Black men and women were segragated from the start and separate waiting rooms bathrooms and dinning facilities openly poject the sentiments of the American people of the era,within the State of Mississippi; In Plessy vs. Ferguson (1896), The Supreme Court reinforced that ââ¬Å"Blacks and Whites should be separate, but equal. â⬠The statement SEPERATE but EQUAL! thosewords only produced Segregation on a bias legal system of fairness and equality in which a country struggling already became the fuel on a fire already burning and would later divided the country in later years sparking new violence and refocused hatred. More over the Men and women of that time were forced to swear on separate bibles, they couldnââ¬â¢t vote in the election in the country in which they were guaranteed equal rights because they were under disfranchisement, and the racism was developing more and more is some southern locations, for an example many southern states legislated that if your grandfather had cast a ballot then you are allowed to vote and this law supported that nearly all southern white mean were permitted to vote and excluded all African Americans in most situations men whose grandparents had most likely been slaves never voted. Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s submitted a lot for the African Americans in turn of the century, after his famous speech in Atlanta 1895 (Atlanta Compromise) in about one year the African Americans got more rights, they began to use separated but equal facilities, it was stupid to say the least but it provided a line of truths temporarily and unfourantely included racist ideas inside but it was better than it had been before. Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s met the American president Theodore Roosevelt at the white house in 1901 and that was a good step towards get the African American and their rights another great pioneer of that time was Du Boise who supported the right for equality and the strive to have equal opportunities within society however Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s did a lot more for the African American rights, Washington became the Founder of the Niagara movement in 1905. â⬠In 1909 the Niagara movement efforts led to foundation of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) which now is the enforcing representation of the African American whereas Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s inspiration became a door way to freedom and allowed the African American man to have a voice in society. Finally, if I was African American living at that time, I will say that Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s and Du Bois were the best representatives of the African Americans all over the country, and Booker T. Washingtonââ¬â¢s started the movement of the African Americans civil rights, while Du Bois came later to continue and support his efforts, they were great team and deserve the respect.
